Lindsey is the Head of Strategy at TCARE, a leading, evidence-based caregiver support program focused on mitigating the prevalence and impact of caregiver burnout by providing tailored, comprehensive care to the caregiver. She has more than 15 years of insurance industry experience, spending most of that as a strategic consultant for group employee benefit and total rewards programs. In her current role, Lindsey drives the development and delivery of TCARE's solutions to new and emerging customer segments and strategic partners, bringing thought-leadership and innovative ideas to support the wellbeing of individuals who are trying to remain productive and engaged at work and at home as they balance caregiving responsibilities.
