Lindsey Joosten is the VP & Sr. Director of Global Underwriting & Policy Tech for Liberty Mutual, Global Risk Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for building and leading a department that delivers industry-leading underwriting, product, and policy administration digital capabilities GRS. Lindsey has worked for Liberty Mutual since 2010 and held various roles across business units, including leading global infrastructure initiatives and starting the international public cloud delivery team, before moving into GRS Tech in 2019. He led a turnaround for the GRS Tech Property Underwriting department, supporting significant growth and profitability through efficiencies and sophistication. In April 2021, Lindsey started building the Global Distribution Technology organization, which focused on delivering Customer Relationship Management, Marketing, and Omnichannel Distribution digital capabilities to GRS. In August 2022, Lindsey took on the leading Global Underwriting & Policy Tech role. He has transformed the organization to be centered on digital products that align with the underwriting value chain while retaining an acute focus on our insurance products and underwriting segments, balancing global delivery with local market-specific demand. Lindsey graduated from Boston College and now resides in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, with his wife, 2-year-old daughter, and 1-month-old son. They enjoy spending time outside in all seasons throughout the year.
