Laurie Pierman is the Vice President of Claim Operations for Amerisure Mutual Insurance Company headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan. In this role, she is responsible for Claims Analytics, SIU, Subrogation, Compliance, Claim Intake and Claims Vendor Management. She also leads all technology initiatives for the Claim department and has responsibility as an Experience Owner for Claims to identify technology solutions to improve the digital experience for all customers—both internal and external. In addition, she works closely with Amerisure’s Digital Innovation team to bring innovative solutions to the organization.
