Kim Vogel is a business leader in the technology industry who creates transformational strategies that lead to high-value customer outcomes. She is known as a change agent, providing effective leadership, and building organizations, with swift decision-making abilities and a sharp focus on profitability. Vogel currently leads the US Insurance Organization within Microsoft’s Financial Services Industry Operating Unit. In her role, she is charged with anticipating market changes to drive new relevant solutions for customers and guide them on their digital transformation journeys. Prior to this role, she held various leadership roles at Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, and Oracle. Vogel is a mentor for talent development across the sales community at Microsoft. She is passionate about building strong, diverse organizations that enable people and businesses to perform at their best and is the former leader of the “Next Step” Career Development Program. In addition, she is an active board member with the “Michigan Women in Technology Council” inspiring and growing girls and women in technology.
