Jing Zhuang is a Managing Director at Mizuho Americas TMT Investment Banking, focusing on fintech. Prior to joining Mizuho, Jing worked at Goldman Sachs across strategy and investment banking for over a decade. Most recently, Jing led a series of Goldman Sachs’ strategic fintech acquisitions. Prior to that, Jing was in the Investment Banking Division focused on providing M&A, IPO and leveraged finance advisory to fintech, broker dealer and specialty finance companies, as well as capital product structuring for banks.
