Jim Drotman is Executive Vice President of Ford Pro FinSimple, Ford Motor Credit Company’s commercial financing organization. He is responsible for serving Ford Credit commercial customers globally with financial products and services that improve their productivity and enable them to focus more on their own businesses. Drotman joined Ford Credit in 1993 as a customer service representative based in Houston. He has held positions with Ford Credit and Ford Motor Company around the world, including Ford Credit Executive Vice President, U.S., Canada and International; Executive Director of Marketing and Sales for Ford Credit Europe; Vice President of Global Marketing; and President of Ford Credit China. As Ford’s Director of Ford Commercial Solutions Product Development, Drotman co-led the creation of the business for connected vehicles with telematics and fleet management. Drotman earned a bachelor’s degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas and a master’s from Southern Methodist University.
