Jim Collins is a very experienced IT Manager; he's been working with technology since Ronald Reagan was president. A Navy veteran, Jim has experience in the defense, gaming, financial, and insurance industries. Jim has spent the last 20 years in various management roles in IT, the last few years as the IT manager supporting the new business and partner distribution channels for Life and AD&D products. He is currently spearheading an effort to modernize the IT systems that drive these processes, with a recent focus on automated underwriting. He is not the guy who wrote “Good to Great”, although they do share the same name.
