Jillian Slyfield serves as Aon’s Digital Economy Practice Leader. In this role, she addresses digital disruption of traditional industries and the on-demand economy. Her focus areas are mobility consulting, the future of work and the Internet of Things.
Jillian is a Global Strategic Account Manager for large market clients with unique risk management issues and complex associated risks. In this role, Jillian is responsible for the delivery of Aon resources to her clients, developing innovative marketplace strategies, and crafting customized solutions to business and insurance risks. Aon is the global leader in providing risk consulting and risk transfer solutions to organizations with a rapidly evolving domestic and multinational platform. San Francisco houses a network of dedicated specialists focused on this rapidly evolving space.
Jillian is tasked with building the Digital Economy Practice within Aon to ensure Aon’s market leadership, technology platforms and deep analytics capabilities are harnessed for this industry. Prior to joining Aon in 2015, Jillian worked for national multi-risk insurance companies. During this time, Jillian worked with risk issues affecting various industries while serving in claims, underwriting and regional leadership roles. In 2002, Jillian advanced to an international brokerage firm and has established herself as a thought leader to mid-size and global organizations. She is a proficient insurance technician while bringing the resources of Aon to bear for her clients. Jillian’s unique skill set allows her to nurture client relationships and deliver complex solutions in a meaningful way to create value for her clients.
