Jennifer Daniel brings more than 25 years of specialized leadership in benefits technology and group insurance to Aflac. In her current role, she is responsible for leading the strategic initiatives for group sales at Aflac. This includes sales development though the premier broker channel, expanding the distribution of Aflac products through third-party platforms and communication firms and executing the group benefits enrollment strategy.
Jennifer also is responsible for bringing innovative technology solutions to Aflac to help solve internal challenges and streamline processes.
She started her career at Principal Financial Group, where she worked in multiple roles including benefits enrollment, product development, marketing, sales strategy and voluntary product sales and support. She then held roles of increasing responsibility at Businessolver, a benefit administration company in Des Moines, Iowa, including vice president of Carrier Development. Prior to joining Aflac, Jennifer was vice president of Workplace Solutions at Transamerica, responsible for leading efforts to streamline business processes through technology solutions.
Jennifer frequently speaks at industry events on topics related to technology, enrollment trends, benefits and benefit administration. She sits on the editorial board for Voluntary Advantage magazine and is life and health licensed. Jennifer attended and played division one basketball at Drake University in Des Moines, where she currently resides with her family.
