Jay Rabinowitz is the head of financial services industry strategy at Workday, responsible for representing Workday to the broad financial services community, and driving the long-term strategy and vision for our industry go-to-market. Jay serves as a trusted advisor and thought leader with customers, partners, and industry groups. Prior to joining Workday, Jay served as the CFO for corporate functions at Wells Fargo where he was first introduced to Workday via their HCM implementation. Prior to Wells Fargo, Jay worked at Goldman Sachs where he led their finance transformation team and was the CFO of global operations. Jay holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on finance and marketing from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
