His primary focus has been on creating strong and innovative partnerships to drive business growth and reduce the insurance protection coverage gap. Over his career, Jason has successfully built high performing teams that thrive in growing business in new markets. He also excels at creating strategies to expand partner opportunities outside of their traditional markets. Jason is passionate about building relationships, bringing people together and finding creative solutions to achieve goals. Jason and his wife both went to Miami University (Ohio) and currently live in Connecticut with their three children. In his free time, he enjoys working on his golf and tennis game along with cheering on his children at their lacrosse and soccer matches
