Jamie Yoder is a global executive who has been at the forefront of insurance and technology for over three decades. He is a well-respected expert at advising and leading global clients in the insurance and financial services industries on strategy through transformation.
Today, he is the President and General Manager of Sapiens North America, a leading global provider of software solutions and services for all sectors of insurance. In his new role, Yoder will be responsible for the North America business end-to-end, driving all business fundamentals from strategy to product development to delivery; competency centers & professional services; business development including sales, sales support, marketing and partners; customer management and customer care activities; and managing daily operations.
Most recently, he served as president of Snapsheet, a leading technology innovator in the insurance claims space, with an intelligent platform reimagining and delivering a customer-first claims process. He led all go-to-market activities across all business lines, including virtual appraisals and cloud-native SaaS solutions for end-to-end claims management, appraisals, and payments.
Prior to Snapsheet, Yoder served as PwC’s Insurance Advisory Leader – advising clients on a range of management issues, including business design and transformation initiatives such as growth, operational and IT strategy, organization and operating model design and change, digital, innovation, customer experience, and information and analytics. In addition, he also led the global research program on the Future of Insurance. Before PwC, Yoder also led the Insurance Practice and served on the management committee at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, which was acquired by PwC in 2010.
Yoder is a frequent speaker on a range of topics, including digital, InsureTech, operational strategies and model design. He is a frequent contributor to highly respected publications, including Bloomberg, WSJ, Best's Review, Business Insurance and Risk & Insurance.
