His expertise spans across Life, Health, and P&C carriers, as well as Brokerages. Prior to Microsoft Harkaran spent time in the Life Insurance, Wealth Management and Group Benefits space, leading the digital transformation and technology strategy functions at Manulife and Resolution Life. Prior to his career with insurance carriers, Harkaran was with Deloitte in their Management Consulting practice focused primarily on Financial Services and Public Sector clients within Canada and the US.
