He has successfully delivered end-to-end solutions on highly complex large-scale, multi-year transformation programs. Throughout his career, Gopi has successfully implemented policy administration, claims, agent management, premium finance and data warehouse solutions. Gopi has vast experience in business process reengineering, requirements analysis, SDLC, IT strategy and roadmap development, quality assurance and a comprehensive business process understanding of the personal and commercial lines within the insurance industry.
