Dianne Fox is the Chief Operating Officer of iptiQ Americas. She has over 25 years of experience with multiple product lines including, Life, Disability, Critical Illness and Annuities primarily. Her areas of expertise span across the operations value chain, where she has undertaken several transformational challenges to modernize overall service delivery. In her previous role, Dianne was the Chief Operating Officer of the North American Life and Annuity Division at Foresters Financial. In her role as COO, Dianne oversaw the end-to-end Administration for all variable and non-variable products, as well as strategy and planning for the Division. Dianne led a team of just over 400 employees located in Canada and the US. Prior to joining Foresters Financial in 2009, Dianne spent 4 years leading the operations at Genisys Management Solutions, a Business Process Outsourcer for a variety of US and Canadian Life Insurance Carriers. During her 25 year tenure in the Insurance industry, she has held a variety of positions at a number of Insurance companies including Manulife, Maritime Life, Aetna and North American Life. Dianne is a past member of the Junior Achievement Canada Board of Governors and served as the Honorary Chair for One Walk to Cure all Cancers from 2017-2021. Dianne currently serves on the Public Services Health and Safety Association board as Director and Vice-Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation, Employee Life & Health Trusts, as a crown appointed board member.
