David is the Senior Information officer supporting our Employee Benefits IT systems. Employee Benefits is 7 years young and Mr. DiPaola was responsible for the design and implementation of the systems supporting this new line of business from the start. He and his agile team built cloud based, API driven systems that allow for quick implementation of new products and easy integration. Previously, he was the SIO managing the portfolio of IT projects for Individual Annuity development for Equitable. In his tenure at Equitable, David has enjoyed a number of different positions in IT ranging from Sr. Project Manager to Lead Director. Before joining Equitable in 2004, Mr. DiPaola served as Director of Information Technologies at The MONY Group. During his tenure at The Mony Group he held numerous positions including head of the IT department supporting annuities. Mr. DiPaola has earned a BS in Computer Science and an MBA from LeMoyne College of Syracuse.
