Christy Traupe is the FINEOS Senior Vice President, Claims and Absence, reflecting over 20 years of experience in disability and absence management. Prior to her position at FINEOS, she spent 11 years at Reed Group and held several different roles, including director of operations, and director of product and quality. During her time at Reed Group, she was the business owner responsible for the service product and the disability and absence management software. Christy then spent almost four years in the employer space at DaVita. She led the leave of absence and the health and welfare teams during her time at DaVita. She also represented DaVita on the National Business Group on Health Board. Christy holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Metropolitan State University.
