Chris Evans heads Oliver Wyman`s Australia Digital team and is a Partner in Oliver Wyman`s global Finance and Risk Practice. Oliver Wyman Digital is the Technology and Analytics delivery arm of Oliver Wyman. Chris has over 15 years experience working in depth with major institutions in the US, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Australia on a broad spectrum of analytics, risk, technology and strategy engagements. Chris joined Oliver Wyman in London and transferred to their Sydney office in 2011. Most recently Chris has focused on the transformation of risk processes, organization, and capabilities; and designing and building digital products and services end to end, from launch and execution strategies, through to CVP design, application development, technology architecture, and the embedding of advanced data and analytics. Examples include: Solution design and business case for large scale Digital and claims transformation programs for large Australian GI, including vendor selection, operating model design, benefits estimation and roadmap for delivery, design and build of business case for enterprise data capability development for a large complex global insurer across multiple geographies and business lines, and more. Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Chris attended the University of Bristol, England. He graduated with a MEng (First Class) in Engineering, specialising in systems and control, aerodynamics and control theory.
