Cherie is the SVP of Strategic Partnerships at Employee Navigator where she is leading the company’s efforts to create modern APIs with the nation's leading insurance carriers. Cherie joined Employee Navigator in 2008 and brings 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. During Cherie’s tenure at Employee Navigator, Cherie has lead multiple departments including quality assurance, product management, and implementation. Prior to joining Employee Navigator, Cherie worked at FlexAmerica, an independent TPA of consumer-based healthcare, transportation, and COBRA benefits where she managed the administrative operations of CareFirst's BlueFund portfolio, directed operational initiatives for the benefits administration firm, including on and off-shore claims as well as reimbursement check processing. Cherie received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno and resides in Hagerstown, Maryland with her husband and two daughters.
