Neeren Chauhan is a visionary business leader who is passionate about shaping the future of the financial services industry through new business models and by integrating next-gen customer centricity into the existing, core business models. Chauhan has held C-Suite and Senior Leadership positions at Zurich, Allstate, McKinsey, and KPMG. He has over two decades of global leadership experience in more than a dozen countries across Asia, Europe, and North America. Chauhan began his career in 1998 in the automotive industry, where he supervised vehicle engine assembly line for passenger cars. He joined KPMG in 2002 and served as a leader in Operations and Technology Risk practice. In 2008, he joined McKinsey & Company where he held leadership positions within the Financial Services practice based out of the Chicago office. He joined Allstate in 2013 and held various senior leadership positions spearheading a variety of digital, strategy, business building, innovation, and change management initiatives. As the Chief Strategy, Innovation, and Business Development Officer at Zurich, he shaped the business strategy in North America and helped commercialize key innovations. Chauhan is a Corporate Advisory Board member at Cradles to Crayons, a national nonprofit, with the mission to engage with local communities to provide children with the everyday essentials they need to thrive in their lives. Chauhan holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a trained Mechanical Engineer with a graduate diploma in Industrial Management from National Institute of Industrial Engineering, India.
