Charlie Samolczyk is the leader of WTW’s Insurance Technology sales practice, which provides specialist pricing, analytics, underwriting, and financial modeling software to over 1,000 P&C and Life insurers globally. Charlie is passionate about digital transformation and works with insurers to create automated, insightful, and data-driven solutions incorporating WTW technology. Charlie has spent most of his career working with insurers and distribution partners to deliver innovative and impactful solutions across the insurance value chain. Charlie holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Management from McMaster University.
