Bruce F. Broussard, Jr. is the co-founder and Managing Director at Percipience LLC. Bruce has more than 30 years of P&C and Life & Annuities insurance experience focusing on insurance data solutions. He has served in various roles, including solution & data architect, project & program manager, and insurance application manager. Prior to co-founding Percipience, Bruce served as SVP & General Manager of the Data Solutions Business Unit for Insurity. Previously, Bruce was an Associate Partner for IBM’s Insurance Consulting Practice, where he led IBM’s global insurance data products and services, implementing their IAA and IIW data products for many of the world’s largest insurance organizations. He was a leader in IBM’s donation of data assets to ACORD to create ACORD’s Information Model standards.
