Brooke Vemuri, Vice President of Business Transformation, Change & Engineering, is responsible for Product Portfolio Management, Product Roadmaps, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Data, Solution & Business Architecture, and Program / Project Management Office. My teams develop and execute business propositions focused on growth and cost reduction through a digital business strategy, driving transformation and change management for the business and life insurance industry. Brooke joined LGA over 19 years ago in the IT department. She later joined Operations where she spent 11 years developing her business acumen, process improvement expertise, as well as domain and distribution knowledge. Over the past five years, Brooke has led from the front creating the new department of business change and transformation that has ensured the Horizon program meets strategic business goals and provides assurance that we are building the right systems for the right business outcomes. Brooke has been a key thought leader for the Horizon program and transformed project portfolio management through ICC (Investment Change Committee).
