Ben Brantley, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Sureify, boasts fifteen years of systems engineering experience, most recently consulting and advising software startups in the retail finance, automotive, and energy domains. Prior, Ben served as the Head of Technical Sales and later CTO at Guidewire. During his time with this insurtech, he worked with several insurance carriers to solve today’s biggest industry challenges. His blend of deep domain experience, engineering intuition, and willingness to think strategically about the long term proved a successful mix as he helped insurers implement innovative technologies that transformed the customer experience. Ben studied computer science at Caltech and served as a faculty member at his alma mater for five years upon graduation. He currently lives with his wife and daughter in California, but has spent significant time traveling more than 80,000km in an RV exploring North America with his family.
