Duffy has been working with FINEOS customers around the globe to deliver improved customer experiences and operational efficiencies for over 15 years. He was a leader in the company’s early forays into Agile and APIs; he is now a key member of FINEOS AI leadership team. Duffy previously worked with CalypsoAI delivering products that validate AI solutions.
