An exhibitor may ‘hand carry’ items onto the show floor provided they do not use material handling equipment to assist them. When exhibitors choose to ‘hand carry’ material, they may not be permitted access to the loading dock/freight door areas.
Carpeting/Floor Covering is mandatory and is not included with your booth. You may bring your own carpet or purchase carpet through The Expo Group. If you do not have flooring, you will be required to purchase it through The Expo Group at your expense.
