An exhibitor may ‘hand carry’ items onto the show floor provided they do not use material handling equipment to assist them. When exhibitors choose to ‘hand carry’ material, they may not be permitted access to the loading dock/freight door areas.
To determine the selection order, we use a Priority Points System that takes into account total spend, contract signed date and previous participation history.
Carpeting/Floor Covering is required and is not included with your booth. You may bring your own carpet or purchase carpet through The Expo Group. If you do not have flooring, you will be forced to purchase it through The Expo Group at your expense.
Yes. All exhibitors are required to submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI).
Pipe and draping are only included with non-island booth space. Carpet, furniture, and other booth furnishings can be ordered through The Expo Group. Electric is not included with your booth space but may be ordered through the convention center.

Due to privacy concerns and to comply with GDPR, we are unable to share an attendee list. Having said that, we know that connecting is a key reason for attending. That is why we have a private event networking app. Using filters, you may discover all registered attendees (whether they have logged in or not) and send a 15-minute meeting request to connect during the event.
