Yosha R. DeLong is the Global Head of Cyber at Mosaic Insurance where she is responsible for the coordination, development, and oversight of the cyber line of business on a global basis. 

Prior to joining Mosaic, Yosha was the Technical Director of Cyber and Professional Lines at Zurich North America where she was responsible for monitoring cyber as a peril across all lines of business as well as oversight of all professional liability lines of business.  

She has more than 27 years’ experience in the insurance industry, having worked as both an underwriter and broker in the US and London marketplaces. 

DeLong received highly commended by the Cyber Insurance Awards Europe 2024 in the category of Inspiring Woman Award and was nominated as the Advisen Cyber Person of the Year 2019, 2020, and 2022. Her team was nominated as the Business Insurance Cyber Underwriting Team of the Year 2019 and was awarded Cyber Newcomer of the Year 2021 by Advisen. She has been named by Business Insurance in their 2019 Women to Watch. 

She is a frequent guest contributor and speaker to business publications and panels on cyber and artificial intelligence and has written several white papers on cyber topics. She has also participated in government roundtables and classified White House briefings on the subject of cyber and cyber threat.  

She has a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Washington.
