Victoria Rose is the Head of the Incubation Lab at The Hartford Financial Services. In this role, leads data science teams focused on driving innovation through artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. Since joining The Hartford, Victoria has launched multiple AI-driven tools for underwriting, claims, and customer experience, leading to significant cost savings and operational efficiencies.

Prior to The Hartford, Victoria held leadership roles at Liberty Mutual and Allstate, where she spearheaded the development of data science products that enhanced insurance offerings and improved business performance. Notably, she managed teams responsible for groundbreaking shared mobility solutions and telematics programs.

With a strong foundation in both data science and product management, Victoria is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver impactful business outcomes. She holds a Master's degree in Political Economics and Statistical Methods from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Florida State University.
