Tomer is CEO and Co-Founder of VOOM - an MGA providing Usage Based Insurance for the Future of Motility. 

Under his leadership, VOOM created its risk analytics engine and InsurTech platform, secured partnerships with global leading insurance companies, and onboarded tens of thousands of clients.

Prior to VOOM, Tomer spearheaded award-winning, inter-disciplinary technological projects in the Israeli Prime Minister's Office cyber unit. Tomer is a graduate of Israel’s elite technology program “Talpiot”, holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BSc in computer science and physics from the Hebrew University.
