Based in New York, Sherif leads of 500 consulting and technology experts wordwide to help clients make better business decisions that navigate votality, optomize capital, and drive performance and growth. 

Sherif has a proven track record in the insurance sector with strategic insight and knowledge of client needs that is instrumental to evolve Aon's solutions.

Prior to joining Aon in 2015, Sherif was head of Marsh McLennan/Guy Carpenter's strategy consulting team of insurers and has held senior positions at Zurich, MetLife and AIG. 

Sherif is a graduate of Cornell University where he studied Applied Economics.
