Sharon Rodriguez currently serves as CEO of High Peak AI, a wholly owned subsidiary of Prudential Financial, which provides solutions for the financial services and insurance industries. Sharon also serves as Venture Partner for 1843 Capital, a female-led venture capital fund investing in AgeTech.  

She is a global senior executive who brings a unique combination of high-level strategic vision and hands-on execution for both Fortune 50 enterprises and hyper-growth startups.   Previously, she was part of the founding team of Unqork and served as Chief Customer Officer from 2017 to 2022.  She spent the bulk of her career in the insurance industry with roles across global strategy, operations, and technology at MetLife and AIG.  

Sharon received her BS in Biology from Eckerd College and her MBA from the Wharton School with a dual emphasis in Finance and Healthcare Management.
