Rosmery carries more than 12 years of experience in applying advanced scientific practices and technologies to uncover insights and solve complex problems. She has been with RGA since 2017.

Her unique multifaceted training and experience pairs extensive data science expertise with the behavioral science discipline to unify both practices and inject the science of how humans think and behave into how we collect and make sense of data. This results in a deeper understanding of the context behind complex models, which leads to more actionable insights for RGA’s clients and the insurance industry as a whole.

Rosmery holds a Master of Science in Behavioral Science from the London School of Economics and a Master of Science in Political Science from Florida State University.
