Rima serves as a trusted advisor for several Financial Services C-suite executives and her expertise lies in areas of Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, data & analytics strategy, operational process improvements etc. Rima is also the PwC Gen AI Insurance sector leader and leads our thought leadership and offerings around the applications of Generative AI to drive growth, an integrated customer experience & operational efficiencies across the value chain. Rima has partnered with Fortune 500 companies to help them in standing up their AI center of excellence/ AI factories, reimaging the entire value chain with clear impact to core functions, underlying technology architecture, developing a use case intake and delivery methodology and enabling value realization through AI as an enabler. In 2021, Rima was recognized and awarded among the "Top 50 Outstanding Asian Americans in Business" by the Asian American Business Development Center.

Rima earned her Masters of Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Mumbai University. She is passionate about travel, cooking and spending time with her 5 year old son and 8 year old daughter.
