In 2007, he joined Mendoza Software Factory, where he played a key role in helping a tech company certify quality standards in software development and implementation. His journey into the insurance industry started in 2012. Immersed in policies, paperwork, and bureaucracy, he recognized the need for a radical transformation within the industry.
