Renu is an Insurtech entrepreneur with experience in AI/ QuantumComputing, a data scientist with over 20 years of experience across different continents and industries. She is the Founder & CEO of Luminant Analytics, a data analytics platform that offers curated external data and actuarial forecasts for commercial auto insurers.

She hosts a podcast called Innovation Odyssey, and is the co-author of a book called "Momentum: Makers & Builders". She speaks and moderates panels on topics such as AI, commercial auto insurance, data analytics, investments, diversity and entrepreneurship. She has a  Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago (2010).
