Regina Warga
Regina Warga is Vice President and Experience Lead for New York Life's newly created Customer Experience Team. She is responsible for the vision and strategy for New York Life’s industry leading experiences across the agent and client lifecycle.
Regina joined New York Life in late 2023, following a 22 year career at TIAA. During her time at TIAA, Regina’s varied experience crossed audit, finance, wealth management, retirement, digital product management, technology, and customer experience. Regina led several large strategic initiatives at TIAA including Digital & Agile Transformations, Retirement Modernization, Launch of Wealth Management and the Direct-to-Consumer Robo-Advisor business. In her early career, Regina was a public accountant with Arthur Anderson.
Regina received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Boston College, a Masters in Business Administration from New York University and was a Certified Public Accountant in NYS. Regina sits on the Advisory Board for the Madison Square Park Conservancy. On a personal note, Regina lives with her two children, ages 12 and 9, in New York City.
