Paul has a background in finance, investments and management consulting prior to joining the insurance industry. He spent 11 years with Liberty Mutual across several different functions in the commercial insurance business as including product management, actuarial, operations P&L management and underwriting strategy transformation.  Paul joined Hiscox in mid-2024 to help transform the underwriting approach and strategy to digital business and oversees a portfolio of standard property & casualty and specialty lines of business across the US.
