When asked what type of business Nicole is in, she will always answer that she is in the connections business, where the personal handshake is irreplaceable. She takes tremendous pride in helping facilitate authentic and meaningful connections that propel industries forward.

She is a seasoned event executive and has held portfolio leadership roles at Foundry, and IDG company and BizBash Media, where she was instrumental in positioning the company for acquisition by Tarsus, an Informa company.  She is passionate about executing successful programs that deliver real value for all stakeholders and is constantly looking for ways to improve processes and procedures for efficiency, outstanding event experiences, and building brand loyalty. Nicole is an activator and tends to supercharge those around her.  She’ll challenge the status quo and will always advocate on behalf of her customer and team. 

In her role as Executive Vice President, she oversees the Digital Innovation Portfolio which is comprised of the award-winning events, ITC Vegas and MAU Vegas. 

She is a sought after speaker and mentor and has taken the stage at most industry conferences, is a Robert Krakoff Leadership Institute graduate and was named to the Folio 100 in 2018. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts for both English and Communication from the State University of New York at Buffalo and resides in New York City with her son.
