Responsibilities

Natalia works with Aon’s clients to help increase resiliency of their mission across people, assets, and operations against the growing impacts of extreme weather and natural catastrophe events. She also helps clients accelerate deployment of capital towards low-carbon transition / decarbonization technologies, by helping navigate insurance solutions that limit investment and project development risk. Natalia also lends her subject matter expertise to clients, who are participating in the voluntary carbon markets, and where insurance solutions can help reduce natural catastrophe, environmental, political, technology performance, and other risks.

Experience

Previously, Natalia was a Managing Director, Climate Resiliency Leader at Aon’s Public Sector Partnership team, focused on developing innovative solutions to help public institutions reduce volatility and increase the resiliency of their mission. 

Prior to Aon, she worked as a Director of Climate Resilience at the Intact Centre on Climate Adaptation, held sustainability consulting and risk assurance roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers Canada, and was a Board Member at the Municipal Natural Assets Initiative. She is now a Board Member in Chicago-based Midwest Sustainability Network, on MaRSDD, Climate Innovation Board, and represents Aon on FAST-Infra Label Executive Advisory Committee.

BA in Economics, Honors from University of Waterloo, Canada; MA in Urban Planning from University of Waterloo, Canada
