Michael heads the North America Insurance Practice at Simon-Kucher, a leading global strategy consultancy dedicated to helping companies achieve their growth objectives.

With extensive experience in the insurance ecosystem, Michael collaborates with carriers (both commercial and personal lines), insurtechs, and insurance service providers. His expertise encompasses sales effectiveness, distribution strategies, product development, packaging, pricing, and more.

Before joining Simon-Kucher, Michael served as an Assistant Vice President at CNA, where he focused on strategy and innovation, particularly in forming partnerships with insurtechs to enhance corporate strategy. Prior to CNA, he was a financial services consultant at Accenture, leading large-scale change initiatives.

Michael holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, as well as a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor’s in Finance, both from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
