With 25 years of experience solving problems through technology and software solutions, Merrie brings extensive knowledge in product management, software development and agile methodologies to her leadership of the Software Product team at HDVI. Merrie is responsible for aligning software product vision and strategy to company objectives, promoting a customer-centric approach to product management, advocating for data-driven decision making, reviewing sprint velocity trends and facilitating best practices in innovation to deliver solutions that delight customers.

Merrie joined HDVI more than five years ago as the company's first Product Manager. She established foundational product and development processes and successfully guided their evolution towards a customer-centered approach as the company expanded. Through her leadership, she has built a highly skilled team of product managers and designers, known for their strong track record in delivering impactful market-ready products.

Before joining HDVI, Merrie successfully led teams at companies including Echo Global Logistics, CoStar Group, and Guaranteed Rate, managing large-scale projects such as rebuilding legacy systems, delivering mobile apps, integrating third-party systems, and exposing data services for external customers. She has developed and led teams through rapid growth, multiple acquisitions and Agile transformations.
