Max is responsible for uniting people, technology, and processes to deliver flexible managed services solutions through a multi-year, outcome-based model that helps clients solve some of their biggest challenges. He has over 15 years of experience successfully implementing business-led technology transformation for numerous clients in the Fortune 500 in Asia and North America. Max has served clients in entertainment, utilities and real estate and for the past 10+ years has focused primarily on insurance, asset management and banking. He has worked in Hong Kong building out the Technology Consulting team, and then in the US building out a global Client Technology team for FS including managed services offerings and platforms, and also as a leader in the Product Management team across FS in Technology Consulting.

Presently, Max is a member of KPMG's Managed Services leadership team, helping clients create sustainable growth through addressing challenges related to operational resiliency and efficiency, agility & scale, and regulatory risk & controls.
