Mark Groenheide is the Chief Revenue Officer and EVP of NormanMax Insurance Solutions, the Miami-based Coverholder for NormanMax Lloyd's of London Syndicate 3939, providing parametric (re)insurance solutions on a global scale.

With almost 20 years of experience, Mark has worked across claims, distribution, marketing, and underwriting in various lines of business, including large corporate, energy, professional liabilities, construction, and engineering lines. Most recently, prior to joining NormanMax, he served as President of CGA Insurance, where he was responsible for creating multiple MGUs, overseeing the establishment of a third-party risk engineering fee-for-service business, and managing the retail and wholesale broking operations of Career General Agency, LLC.

A 2005 graduate of the College of Charleston, Mark has a strong background in developing innovative insurance products and driving business growth. He currently resides in Miami, Florida with his fiancé.
