As the CEO, President, and Founder of several nationwide tech-driven insurance firms, I stand out in an industry where women represent just 2% of ownership. My career is distinguished by awards from Forbes, Fortune 500, Entrepreneur, Safeco, Liberty Mutual, and others reflecting my commitment to excellence and innovation.

My approach to client relations is grounded in trust and integrity. I prioritize building strong, lasting relationships based on transparency and a dedicated work ethic. This approach has not only fostered enduring business partnerships but also earned me a robust referral network. Originally from Bosnia & Herzegovina, I spent eight formative years in Germany before emigrating to the United States as a refugee from the Yugoslav war (1991-2001). My diverse background spans two continents, three countries, and five U.S. states. I’ve traveled to 16 countries and explored 48 of the 50 states, which has allowed me to connect with a wide range of individuals—from high-net-worth entrepreneurs to first-time homebuyers.

My expertise covers everything from high-end luxury assets to everyday essentials. I’m known for assisting clients across various stages of life in protecting their assets, planning their futures, and preserving their legacies. Nicknamed the "Celebrity Insurance Broker™," I work with a high-profile clientele including NBA and NFL players, actors, singers, producers, social media influencers and other notable figures.

This innovative approach was pivotal in winning the Emerging Leader 2020 Agent For The Future Award with Liberty Mutual & Safeco Insurance. Our digital-first strategy has been a key factor in our growth, especially during the pandemic, where we quadrupled in size and expanded our clientele and team.

Before founding my own firm, I was dismissed from a leading company for my forward-thinking, digital approach—an approach that has since become the industry standard. Despite initial resistance, my innovative methods are now sought after, and I proudly work with all major insurance companies.

Being a female minority under 35 has presented unique challenges, but my mission remains clear: to revolutionize the insurance industry by addressing its systemic issues and educating both agents and consumers.
