Louise began her career in banking, working at Barclays and NatWest/RBS, focused on digital distribution and data, before becoming the first chief digital officer in the history of Lloyd’s of London. She has also worked as a FinTech Ambassador for HM Treasury, focused on bringing parties together from across all aspects of the industry to drive better outcomes for customers. Outside of Neuron, Louise is chair of the board for Innovate Finance, the independent industry body for the FinTech community and the next generation of disrupters and challengers. Louise joined WTW in 2021 to lead the strategic direction and development of Neuron Digital Trading.
