Kyle Ulrich is the President and CEO of the Florida Association of Insurance Agents (FAIA), a nonprofit state trade association representing more than 2,000 independent property and casualty agency members.

Kyle began his career at the Florida Association of Insurance Agents in 2004 and has led the organization’s legislative advocacy efforts since 2012, most recently as the Senior Vice President of Government Affairs. During his tenure, the association helped numerous independent insurance agents win elections to the Florida Legislature. Under Kyle’s leadership, FAIA has continued strengthening its influence by advocating for necessary legislative and regulatory reforms and working to defeat adverse legislation. Some notable legislative wins the association successfully advocated for legislation impacting agent licensing, assignment of benefits reform, and doing away with the diligent effort requirement for commercial lines.

Kyle was promoted to President & CEO in September of 2020.
