Karolina Haraldsdottir joined ARC Global Risk as the Head of Partner Experience in 2024. She also leads the Operational Scaling consulting arm of ARC Global Risk. Prior to joining ARC, Karolina was at Amazon for 7 years, most recently as a Director leading the Last Mile NA DSP Performance and Global Safety organization. She was also the Managing Director of Global Operations - AMER and APAC for Lime. A graduate of Duke University and Fuqua School of Business, Karolina started her career in growth and innovation consulting at Treacy & Company in Boston.
