Juan is Cytora's Chief Operating Officer, where he leads product, engineering, customer success and sales. He joined Cytora from Hiscox, where he was the COO of their UK business and member of the UK Executive Committee and Board. Juan was formerly a senior manager at McKinsey’s Silicon Valley office, where he led growth strategy and operational improvement engagements for Fortune 100 companies. Juan holds a Master’s degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Computer Engineering degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
