Jon Cooper is a serial entrepreneur and catalyst for change, pushing the boundaries in employee benefits, insurtech, and healthtech. As the Founder and CEO of Overalls, he and his team are realigning employee productivity and well-being. The company's flagship offering, Overalls LifeConcierge™, serves as a time-saving solution that helps employees navigate life's complexities—be it caring for loved ones, sorting out insurance issues, or managing household matters.

Before spearheading Overalls, Jon founded Life.io, a startup that revolutionized client engagement in the insurance sector. Under his leadership, Life.io became a prominent digital sales and engagement platform, culminating in its acquisition in 2021 by Zinnia.

Until that point, Jon's career has been a blend of strategic and leadership roles. He served as the Chief of Staff at TriZetto Group, where he was instrumental in the company's transition from a public entity to a private one, eventually leading to its acquisition by Cognizant. Additionally, Jon led an operations team at Wellcare and provided consulting services to a diverse range of companies during his tenure at Oliver Wyman.

An MBA graduate from The Wharton School, Jon also serves as a mentor to students in the field of entrepreneurship. He earned his BA from the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of his professional commitments, Jon enjoys quality time with his family, skiing adventures, and is fluent in French and Spanish.
